Eating out NSNG – style
I even went out for breakfast my first week of no sugar no grain eating. I had an omelette with cheddar, bacon, spinach, onion and mushroom. Here’s where I made substitutions:
Starch:
I had a choice of has browns, home fries, grits or oatmeal.
I substituted sliced tomatoes.
Bread:
This place is known for it’s delicious bread. They offer a choice of white, Challah, wheat or rye toast plus an assortment of bagels.
I substituted a fresh fruit cup for the bread.
NSNG yumminess. I didn’t even miss my usual grits and onion bagel. #NSNG power breakfast!
