Welcome to your healing community!

Healing is often a lonely process, but it doesn’t have to be that way and you don’t have to do it alone.

Rambling Rachael emotional healing community

Hi! I’m Rach.

Rambling Rach

I needed a healing community….so I build one. And I want you to be part of it!

I know what it’s like to be without emotional support and to give to everyone else until you’re left totally depleted of all energy and joy.

You’re tired AF. You take care of everyone else and don’t know where to even start to give love and care to yourself.

And then the shame spiral starts. All the self-help books you’ve read make you feel like you’re not worthy until you accomplish X, Y & Z.

Let me tell you: that’s WRONG.

You are worthy NOW. Today. You can love yourself exactly where you are right now. And you don’t have to have everything figured out.

How do I know?

In 2018, my teenager had a near-successful suicide attempt, AND I realized I had to leave a toxic marriage I’d been in for my entire adult life.

I thought I was completely shattered and would never be okay.

Eventually, I focused on my own healing. It has been such a gift. I’m stronger and happier than I ever thought possible. I learned to love, care for, and enjoy MYSELF.

I want you to know what that feels like. I want to share everything I’ve learned through living this healing journey. I want to provide you with the healing community I WISH I’d had years ago.

The power of a healing community

Therapy is amazing. I love therapy, and even created a guided journal called, “Shit to Tell My Therapist.”

We can (and should) do lots of self-work alone or with a mental health professional. That’s important and powerful.

And research shows we can take our emotional health even further with the support of a community. So let’s do it!

I want YOU to be part of this healing community. We’re going to have so much fun! Workshops, dance parties, cool events, online activities, and more. Maybe we’ll even have T-shirts?

Make sure you’re following along on Facebook and Instagram to stay in the loop.
