A friend recently asked me why straight women like gay porn.  Here are my thoughts.

The guys in gay porn are so much hotter.   SO MUCH hotter.​  They are better groomed, have better bodies, and have more attractive faces.​  And there are at least two of these attractive dudes in each film!

Double dicks

Straight women like dicks. Gay porn = more dicks.​  It’s good math.

Women issues

I felt okay saying this to my friend, but I’m worried about putting it out there in public…so I’m just going to say it – I find the women in most porn really annoying.  No women is a benefit in gay porn   Most of the ladies look bored and make awful sounds.

Self-esteem issues

Gay dudes don’t impact women’s self-esteem like other women do.​  Women in porn are almost always very young, beautiful, and skinny with extremely perky boobs.​  This can make the rest of us feel like crap.​  Gay porn means no comparisons.

​Better quality

Gay porn tends to have a better overall quality.​ They generally have more interesting story lines (just having a story in general line puts most gay porn above most straight porn)​.  There is better acting, though porn acting in general still pretty bad.  The people seem to be having more fun and enjoying each other more in gay porn.  It’s less robotic.​  Gay porn usually has better lighting, filming, production, etc. And fewer weird closeups of genitals.

Safe factor

Gay dudes are safe for many straight women.  This makes gay porn safe.

Final thoughts

My friend asked “why do some straight women like gay male porn?”  It’s actually MOST straight women.  According to psypost.org, 82% of women prefer gay male porn.  That’s a lot.  (Another statistic I found said 39%, but that’s not as juicy.)​

Justin Bieber comes up often when searching “gay porn.”​

Straight guys watch lesbian porn all the time.  Why is this different?
