Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Al Fresco chicken bacon chopped
  • 1 Al Fresco sweet apple chicken sausage casing removed, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 box cornbread mix or your favorite recipe, batter prepared according to directions on box/recipe
  • Dash of black pepper

Method
 

  1. Prepare cornbread batter according to box or recipe directions.
  2. Stir in bacon, sausage, onion, cheese and pepper.
  3. Spoon into a muffin pan.
  4. Bake according to package directions.
