Super easy baked chicken wings

Easy baked buffalo chicken wings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings or just drumettes
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. If using whole wings, cut at the joint so there are two separate pieces. Clip wing tip.
  3. Boil wings and/or drumettes in heavily salted water for seven minutes.
  4. Drain on paper towels until dry.
  5. Place wings/drumettes on a foil lined pan in a single layer.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Toss with sauce.
  9. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.
