Chunky Avocado Salad

This avocado salad is great as a side, main course, dip or topping for your favorite protein.

- 2 avocados
- 1/2 a small red onion
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro loosely packed
- 1 large tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
Slice avocado.
Chop tomato and onion into chunks.
Mince cilantro.
Toss ingredients together.
Mince lime and add to salad.
Squeeze the juice of lime over salad.
Add salt and paper to taste.
